What's known as "Day Of" is never actually just the day of the event. Countdown Coordination will cover all of the following; -Initial consultation with Planner -Attendance for two at Planning a Wedding from A to I Do workshop -Planner to join Client on visit to the venue(s) for ceremony and reception -Appearance and assistance by Planner, as needed, at Rehearsal -Availability of Planner to Client, via email, for questions as needed -Confirmation calls to all vendors in week leading up to event -Planner will create, review, and share with Client a timeline for the day of the event -Planner will be available to any event attendee by phone or text for the full day of the event -Planner will see to any necessary details that arise on the day of the event to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. This will include, but is not limited to; Acting as point person for any questions from vendors or attendees Keeper of an “Emergency Event Kit” supplied by Planner to include such things as aspirin, stain remover, tissues, etc. Seeing to any last-minute details as requested by the bride or groom Liaising with vendors at event and delivering any final payments Assisting with set up; dressing side tables for gifts, memorabilia, seating cards, and installation of any DIY or other décor provided by the client Tracking down any wayward members of the wedding party Assist in keeping to event time table and ushering of attendees as needed Assisting with other logistics as needed
